so, for some reason we had a copy of the 2-disc triple h: the king of kings dvd on our advance readers/screeners shelf at work. if it weren't for me, it probably would have stayed there for years before being tossed into a dumpster, too.
say what you want about the guy, but some of this is actually fun. maybe it's just me, though. i mark out a little bit when he talks about coming up out of the new england area. i was especially entertained by the disc 2 extra, his first professional match, where he wrestled as terra ryzin, at an arena in burlington, vt. i'm like "shit, that was my back yard, man!"
in all honesty, i'm skipping most of the matches and just watching the interstitials. funny thing is, with this being his dvd, he sure does put a lot of other people over. he speaks shiningly of both john cena and edge, for example. also, with the way internet fans run him down, it's easy to forget that he put batista over three times in a row in championship matches.
